The AJAX Club

AJAX means Associação de Jogadores Amadores de Xadrez (Chess Fans Players Association) was build on december 2000 for Rafael Cruz. The club offers a lot of information, tips and softwares for whole chess players, beyond to help the development of the chess player.

About the fundator

Rafael Siqueira Cruz is a chess player borned on May, 13th 1985 in Rio de Janeiro city - Brazil

Currently Rafael leave in this city on quarter of Campo Grande (Rio's West Zone). He is a chess loverthat always stimulates the chess practice in your city, teach this sport and guiding for your own development.

It was this idea that, in 2000, he decided to build the first virtual chess cub from Rio de Janeiro and one of first from Brazil.
